At SC Clothing Co, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policies below before submitting a return request.

Returns & Exchanges

Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, exchanges may be made based on product availability.

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exchanging for another size.
* Please contact our customer service team prior to sending your item back.
* Be sure to include a note inside your package with:
    * Your name
    * Order number
    * Reason for return/exchange
    * Requested size (if applicable)

This helps our warehouse team process your exchange quickly and accurately.

 

Returns for Store Credit

If you would like to return an item because you no longer want it or do not like the item, returns are accepted for store credit only within 3 days of the time it was delivered to you.

* Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
* Approved returns will be issued as store credit to your SC Clothing Co account.
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If you believe you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team before returning the item.

* Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.
* After the item is received and inspected, a replacement item will be issued if available.

Please do not send defective items back without contacting customer service first.
