IF YOU RETURN OUTSIDE OF THE ABOVE REFERENCED CONTEXT YOUR ORDER WILL BE STORE CREDITED LESS 30% OF YOUR ORDER AMOUNT! WE DO NOT - DO NOT TAKE RETURNS ON THESE BOUJEE PRODUCTS WE ARE ONLY ORDERING BECAUSE YOU CHOSE THEM. 

 

You do not need anything from us to return an item if you are in these guidelines. 

We Only Offer Store Credit and Replacement, We Do Not Issue Refunds. If you are eligible for a return, you may return, and we will issue a customer account credit from our site and will be available for site purchases.

Unavailable Items: You will be immediately contacted by SC as soon as we know your item is unavailable. You are CREDITED in the form of STORE CREDIT ON YOUR ACCT ON SHOPIFY if at any point your order is too far out - your item cannot be gotten from the factory / warehouse. The reason we do this: ordering branded is a lot different than ordering normal boutique items. SC always purchases your items but sometimes when dealing with these manufacturers that pertain to these items there are special circumstances, and we do not get reimbursed on our end. We always credit you, so that you can get more items etc. - and you are never just "out" the funds like we are. This rarely happens, but when it does this is how SC handles it, and we will not waver from this. We understand this can be a frustrating circumstance - but we are your middleman with the factories, and this is something we cannot control. 

 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

WE WILL NOT TAKE RETURNS ON THEM AT ALL UNLESS YOUR ITEM IS THE INCORRECT ITEM - THEN PLEASE READ BELOW FOR THE MISTAKE SECTION. ALSO PLEASE NOTE THAT INSPIRED ITEMS ARE JUST THAT, INSPIRED - THERE ARE BOUND TO HAVE SOME DIFFERENCES I DO MY BEST TO SHOW TRUE PHOTOS ETC BUT IF YOU ORDER THE PRODUCT - AND YOU GET THE PRODUCT YOU ORDERED I WILL NOT REFUND YOU OR ACCEPT ANY RETURNS.  IF YOU RETURN A ITEM THAT DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURN PER OUR POLICY - YOU WILL BE STORE CREDITED WITH A 30% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIED.

WE ARE HUMAN AND SOMETIMES MAKE ERRORS, PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK THAT YOU RECIEVED THE INCORRECT PRODUCT BY COMPARING YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION AND THEN YOU CAN FOLLOW THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. - SEND IT BACK TO US WITH A NOTE IN YOUR PACKAGE - WE WILL REFUND YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPPING PAID ONCE WE RECIEVE YOUR RETURN TO COMPENSATE THE SHIPPING COST AND WE WILL REPLACE YOUR ITEM OR ISSUE YOU A CREDIT. 

 

How to Return IF YOUT ITEM MET THE ABOVE CRITERIA OR IS A GRAPHIC - OR FROM THE HOME CARE LINE:

We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return costs. Please include your name and order number on the package. We strongly recommend that you ensure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
